Kelly Hoppen, one of the world’s most prominent interior designers, has teamed up with Mauritian architect Jean-Francois Adam to redesign and refurbish this sleek resort. Here, crisp whites and light greys are offset with pops of colour and earthy textures. All 186 rooms have sea views, so there are plenty of ocean activities such as swimming with dolphins and kite-surfing.
